Customer reviews and Q&As

Answer

Thank you for your enquiry.

We do not know the antibody concentration in gold complexes because we separate monomers from multimers on density gradients. We do not have any reliable way to measure the antibody concentration on the monomers because the preparation is stabilized with albumin before and after centrifugation.

Optimal dilutions should be determined by researcher, but a recommended range for these two antibodies in EM is 1:10-1:20.

I hope this information will still be helpful.
