Dear Thank you for your reply. I would like to order mouse secondary IgM antibody that is specific only to IgM and not other immunoglobulins. I would like to first start with western blotting as I have measured the bands for IgG and IgE and I will do ELISA later after detecting any change in the western blot. Thank you for your assistance! Best regards,

Thank you for your reply. Both antibodies suggested in my last email (ab98671 and ab98743) that were suitable for ELISA should also detect IgM in denatured or reduced forms when being used as primary antibody in WB. We also offer ab98679 which is HRP labelled and could be used directly without need for a secondary antibody that then is HRP labelled. In this case it is not necessary to use an F(ab’)2 antibody. I hope this information was helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact me again with any further questions.
