I recently used this secondary while trying to get a multiplex western to work. I was able to detect bands with this secondary using a G.E. Typhoon FLA 7000. I was able to detect bands with a minimal about of crossover. My only problem was that I had to use the antibody at 1:1000, which is rather concentrated for a fluorescent western.
