Hi, Do you know exact position of TR conjugate on antibody structure? I mean does it always bind a specific part of antibody or bind any where on the antibody? As antibody orientation on the gold surface is random I have to know that antibody conjugation to TR is random or not, as well. Thanks Regards

Thank you for your enquiry.
I can confirm that ab6719 Rabbit IgG secondary antibody has more than 1 molecule
of Texas Red per molecule of IgG. During conjugation these molecules are bound randomly to different sites on the IgG molecules.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
