Application
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
The FFPE mouse kidney sections were deparaffinized and rehydrated. For antigen retrieval, the tissue sections were boiled in Sodium Citrate pH6 in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. The tissue sections were blocked with 2% BSA for an hour at room temperature. Incubated with rat anti-CD31 primary antibody (1:300) overnight at 4oC. After 3 washes with TBST, the sections were incubated with goat anti-rat HRP polymer secondary antibody (ab214882) for 90 minutes at room temperature. The sections were developed in DAB after 3 washes with TBST.
The CD31 is very distinct in the mouse kidney section.
