"Pre-adsorbed" refers to purification of the secondary antibody that removes any antibodies in the preparation that might react with immunoglobulins of species other than Syrian Hamster.

The secondary antibodies ab102305 and ab102315 are the same, except that ab102315 has the extra purification step. In the field on the datasheets titled "Purification Notes", you will see these notes:

This antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads and conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase.

ab102315

Antiserum was cross adsorbed using bovine, chicken, goat, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, rat and sheep immunosorbents to remove cross reactive antibodies. This antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads and conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase.

The antibody that is cpre-adsorbed, ab102315, is the better choice if your ELISA is a sandwich ELISA, since you do not want the secondary antibody to react with the capture antibody coated onto the plate. It is likely that the capture antibody will be from a mouse or rabbit. (I am also assuming that your samples themselves are not Syrian hamster lysates).

If you are doing an indirect ELISA, coating the sample onto the plate and detecting with a Syrian hamster antibody, then either secondary antibody will be suitable, assuming your samples have no immunoglobulins in them. If they do, the secondary antibody ab102305 might detect them, since it has not been pre-adsorbed to remove reactivity with IgG in human and mouse samples, among other species.
