  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) of human tonsil staining GPCR RDC1/CXCR-7 with ab72100 (5ug/ml). The staining was developed using HRP labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody and DAB reagent, and nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin.

  • IHC analysis of a formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section of human tonsil using 5ug/ml concentration ofab72100. The staining was developed using HRP labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody and DAB reagent, and nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin.

  • Immunofluorescence analysis of Human bone marrow-derived Multipotent Stromal Cells staining GPCR RDC1/CXCR-7 (green) with ab72100.

    Human MSC were treated with poly(I:C) for 6 hours before staining with primary antibody and an AlexaFluor®488-conjugated secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
