GRK2 was immunoprecipitated from Jurkat (human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) whole cell extracts with 5 μg ab229669. Western blot was then performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab229669. Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody.

Lane 2: Control IgG instead of ab229669 in Jurkat whole cell extract.
Lane 3: ab229669 IP in Jurkat whole cell extract.
