Also, less than 25 % cross-reactivity is exhibited using this antibody with recombinant human IL-8, human GRO alpha, human GRO beta, and human GRO gamma.

  • Application notes
    ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. The detection limit is approximately 0.06 ng recombinant rat CINC2 alpha per well.
    WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 7.6 kDa.
    The detection limit of recombinant rat CINC2 alpha is approximately 2 ng/lane and 20 ng/lane under nonreducing and reducing conditions, respectively.

    Not tested in other applications.

      Produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils and expressed at sites of inflammation. Hematoregulatory chemokine, which, in vitro, suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. GRO-beta(5-73) shows a highly enhanced hematopoietic activity.
