    • Ab108606 staining GRP94 in paraffin embedded Human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P- paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded sections). Samples are incubated in primary antibody at 1:1000 dilution (0.57µg/ml). A ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) was used as the secondary antibody. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0). Hematoxylin was used as a counterstain. Cytoplasmic staining on human hepatocellular carcinoma.
