  • Flow Cytometry of K562 cells stained with ab156041 at 1/25 for 60 minutes at 37ºC. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight® 488 Conjugated at 1/200 dilution for 40 min at 37ºC. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG1 (1 μg/1x106 cells) used under the same conditions. 

  • Immunohistochemistry of human placenta tissue using ab156041 at 1/500. A biotinylated CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

  • Anti-HBE antibody (ab156041) at 1/100 dilution + K562 cell line lysate at 35 µg
