IHC-P 1/2000 - 1/10000. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

  • Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma tissue stained for HCC1 with ab25801 at a 1/5000 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis. DAB staining.

  • HCC1 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN lysis buffer, with ab25801 at 6 µg/reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab25801 at 1 µg/ml.

    Lane 1: ab25801 used for IP at 6 µg per reaction (IP by a previous lot of this antibody)

    Lane 2: ab25801 used for IP at 6 µg per reaction

    Lane 3: Control IgG.


    Chemiluminescence detection: 30 seconds.
