    Answer

After running a BLAST, the immunogenic sequence of ab53087 also shares a very high homology with the following molecules:

-Isoform 1 of Choriogonadotropin subunit beta variant 1, A6NKQ9, http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/A6NKQ9#A6NKQ9

-Isoform 2 of Choriogonadotropin subunit beta variant 1, A6NKQ9, http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/A6NKQ9#A6NKQ9-2

-Isoform 2 of Choriogonadotropin subunit beta, P01233, http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P01233#P01233-2

    -Choriogonadotropin subunit beta variant 2, Q6NT52, http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q6NT52.

The antibody has not yet been tested for reactivity with these variants but based on the high degree of identity between the immunogen and these other sequences there is a very good chance of cross reactivity.
