HCLS1 was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lysate with 2.5 µg ab227247. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab227247 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
Lane 1: HEK-293T whole cell lysate 30 µg.
Lane 1: Control IP in HEK-293T whole cell lysate with 2.5 μg of pre-immune rabbit IgG.
Lane 2: ab227247 IP in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.
