As we discussed over the phone, please could you send an image of your results and a bit more information about the protocol. Here are some further questions:
- Amount of protein tested
- Has the secondary performance been verified with other primary antibodies
- Washing conditions.
- Sample preparation before loading.
I will review the protocol information and see if there are any suggestions I can make that might improve the results. I would also be happy to replace or refund the product as it is not working as described. I look forward to your reply.
