Huh-7 cells were infected with HCV (the assay is called replicon assay). Drugs were applied and at the end of incubation, the extracellular medium was collected. the cells were washed with cold PBS and 1 mL of water was added. Cells were then scraped, collected and frozen. 2 thaw cycles were used to break the cells. The presence of protein (cyclophilin, NS5A, NS5B was determined in both medium (extracellular and intracellular).
