This quiery is regarding TNF-alpha stimulated Hela Cell Lysates: How long the cells have been stimulated with TNF alpha and at what concentration??
Asked on Dec 13 2004
Thank you for your enquiry. The HeLa nuclear extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 30-minute incubation with TNF-a (20 ng/ml). The Lysis Buffer consists of 20 mM Hepes pH 7.5, 350 mM NaCl, 20% glycerol, 1% Igepal-CA630, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM EDTA and 0.1 mM EGTA, 5 mM DTT and protease inhibitors. The protein content has been determined by a Bradford-based assay. Please do note hesitate to contact us if you need further information,
