Thank you for your enquiry. The HeLa nuclear extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 30-minute incubation with TNF-a (20 ng/ml). The Lysis Buffer consists of 20 mM Hepes pH 7.5, 350 mM NaCl, 20% glycerol, 1% Igepal-CA630, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM EDTA and 0.1 mM EGTA, 5 mM DTT and protease inhibitors.
