Hello, I had a couple of questions regarding your TNFa treated HeLa nuclear extract lysate, ab14652. Are the cells starved overnight before treatment? If so, how long? What type of lysis buffer is used?

Thank you for contacting us regarding ab14652HeLa (Human epithelial carcinoma cell line) Nuclear Lysate - TNF alpha stimulated,
I want to apologize for the delay in sending this information to you. The cells in this lysate are not starved before the treatment.
The Lysis Buffer consists of 20 mM Hepes pH 7.5, 350 mM NaCl, 20% glycerol, 1% Igepal-CA630, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM EDTA and 0.1 mM EGTA, 5 mM DTT and protease inhibitors.
