Setting up your account
To set up an account, click the button below and fill in your details.
You can sign in any time from the homepage using the icon in the top-right corner of any page (as shown below).
Using your account page
Once set up, your account homepage can be accessed at any time from the top-right corner of any page (as shown below).
Your homepage will resemble the image below.
You can retrieve saved baskets of items you've saved but not yet ordered. This feature is exclusive to customers with an account. It allows you to browse items and come back to order them at a later time.

Under 'Inquiries', you can see all the inquiries you've made to our Customer Service and Scientific Support teams, and see their responses.
Inquiries are grouped by their 12 digit inquiry ID. When speaking with our Customer Service or Scientific Support teams, you can quote this number to help us find an answer for you more quickly.
Abreviews are a way for you to give honest feedback on how our products performed. We reward you for your feedback with Abpoints, which can be redeemed for discounts or vouchers. You can submit Abreviews and view past Abreviews directly in your account.

Under 'Abpoints', you'll see a list of all the points available for you to spend on rewards...
- Under 'Available Rewards', you can redeem the Abcam discounts you've unlocked by pressing ‘get reward’ and confirming on the next page.
- You'll then get a confirmation with the 'request ID number'
- You can use the discount immediately. Enter the request ID number into ‘additional notes about your order’ during the online checkout process We’ll then deduct the value of the discount from your order

- You'll then get a confirmation with the 'request ID number'
- If you've opted for a discount off your next order, you can enter this number into 'additional notes about your order' during the online checkout process. We'll then deduct the value of the discount from your order.
- If you've opted for Amazon vouchers, you can email us this number, and we'll send the vouchers to your email address
