Remember the customer who received the ab109444 as a replacement for the ab92492?
He did not have good results with the new antibody. Attached is his report. Do you think his assay was well performed?
He would like to receive another kind of antibody: AB24859.

I am sorry that the replacement antibody did not prove to succesful. Unfortunately the protocol that you attached did not come through. Could you resend the protocol so that I can look it over and see if there are any suggestions that I can make.
