    The conjugation ratio of PE to antibody is not determined for ab79523 or for other conjugates of the BB7.2 clone such as the FITC conjugate ab27728. The ratio of PE to antibody is assumed to be 1:1 since PE is 240kDa and the antibody is 150kDa but this assumes 100% conjugation of all antibody molecules. Otherwise, the ratio will be less than 1:1.
