Please recommend a starting dilution for IHC-p. Thanks.

Thank you for your enquiry. I would recommend a starting dilution of 1/100, a concentration of 10 ug/mL, for this antibody in IHC-P. It is quite common to use a concentration between 1-20 ug/mL for IHC experiments. For this particular antibody we have received a review from a customer in which the antibody was used at a dilution of 1/200 on formalin fixed sections of human placenta extravillous cytotrophoblasts (not paraffin embedded). My recommendation of 1/100 is a starting dilution and you may have to optimize this dilution for your tissue. I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
