The secondary antibody was peroxidase conjugated
We use a model witch is a chronic infusion of LPS in the 4th ventricle using an osmotic minipump paced under skin in the back o the animal and connected to a cannula that goes into the forth ventricle. Our minipum release 2ng of LPS per hour.
The chronic treatment with neramexane and memantine is still with the osmotic minipump in the back of the animal without beeing connected to a cannula.

A: rats infused with asf for 1 week
B: rats infusd with LPS for 1 week
C: rats infused with acsf for 8 weeks
D: rats infused with LPS for 8 weeks
E: rats infused with LPS 4 weeks
F: rats infused with LP for 4 weeks, after 2 weeks of LPS infusion were treated with neramexane for the next 2 weeks
G: rats infused with LPS for 4 weeks, after 2 weeks of LPS infusion were treated with memantine for the next 2 weeks.
