The green colored positive staining was well shown in nuclei of the organoids. The 3 dimentional organoids fixed with formaldehyde were scrapped and embedded in Histogel. Then, the Histogel block having the organoids was re-embedded into paraffin. Citrate buffer (pH 6) was used to Ag retrieval step.
