I am getting some staining in cytoplasm and no staining in nuclear region.

Based on the following publications, there are cases where the HPV expression was found in the cytoplasm and nuclear region. 1) CASE REPORT: Corneal papilloma associated with papillomavirus in a one-humped camel (Camelus dromedarius). Although on our datasheet it does state nuclear, this is information from SwissProt and may not be the case in an actual experiment. I hope this information will be helpful.
