I hope your next experiment will produce desirable results. Also, in order to increase the band intensity, you may want to consider increase the amount of protein, and also try using the same blocking buffer for primary and secondary antibody dilution.

We would generallyrecommend using 1-3% BSA as the dilutioin buffer, and 5%BSA as the blocking buffer. Please see our WB protocol below for more details on buffer preparation and etc.
