I have a question regarding HSP70 High Sensitivity ELISA Kit (ab133061). In the protocol I have an information about storage:
All components of this kit, except the Standard, are stable at 4 °C.
The Standard must be stored at or below 20 C
Is it correct, I mean this 20 C? Or -20 C? Because below 20 C is rather non specific information-it can be 19C, 4C or -15C. Please let me know as soon as possible-right kow I have this Standard in refrigerator so in 4C, and am afraid not to damage it.

Thank you for your enquiry and for your patience.
I can confirm that this particular product is sourced externally. I have been in contact with them in order to obtain this information for you, and regrettably have not yet received a reply.
It is disappointing we have not yet received a response for you in this case. We aim to provide as much information as possible to customers within 24 hours of receiving an enquiry. For those products we source externally, there can sometimes be a delay. However, most sources are excellent and will provide us with requested extra information very quickly.
Regrettably, the originator for this product, although a trusted supplier with regards to product quality and delivery, they are taking longer to get back to us with this technical enquiry.
I am sincerely sorry there is no more information I can provide at the moment. I have forwarded your enquiry again to the originator. I hope to receive a response from them as soon as possible.
If you require anything further, please do not hesitate to let me know. I will get back to you as soon as I receive further details.
