The 98 kDa band observed is comparable to the molecular weight seen with other commercially available antibodies to Human Heat shock protein HSP 90-alpha (Hsp90). This antibody was also raised against an immunogen that is predicted to recognize isoforms 1 and 2 of Hsp90. The predicted molecular weights of isoforms 1 and 2 are 84 kDa and 98 kDa respectively.
