The standard curve for both kits is depressed, with the highest OD at 1. Overnight incubation simply raised all values and only four standards are linear. Tests suggest that the problem is not the antibodies, but possibly the standards.

Thank you for contacting us and bringing this to our attention. For our records, can you please tell me again the test you described that indicated the antibodies in these kits are likely not the issue? Have you tested any samples other than the standards?
Assuming you followed the instructions for preparing the standards, I expect we will simply send out another two kits free-of-charge. Did you deviate at all from the preparation protocol? I am concerned that some of the standard may not have gone into solution. Did you notice any turbidity or undissolved material when you reconstituted the lyophilized standards?
I appreciate your help with this, and hope we can get the assay working correctly for you.
