The standard curve for both kits is depressed, with the highest OD at 1. Overnight incubation simply raised all values and only four standards are linear. Tests suggest that the problem is not the antibodies, but possibly the standards.

Following up my e-mail from yesterday, the lab has requested some information that will help us assess the issue.
In addition to the raw data, could you please tell us:
At what temperature were the kits stored and for how long?
How did you prepare/dilute the HRP-streptavidin?
Do you feel the issue is with the standard only because the samples showed strong ODs?
Finally, have you tried the 2nd fresh/un-reconstituted vial of standard yet?
