In this kit, where on the FasL protein do the antibodies bind? I would like to measure the amount of a chimeric FasL molecule I have made versus the WT FasL protein. My chimeric protein contains AA 139-281 of human transmembrane FasL. It also has an HA tag so I might could just use an antibody against the HA tag if necessary. Do you have any other ELISA kit I could use that is against the HA tag instead?

The exact epitopes are not known but the antibody pair is binding somewhere on the extracellular domain (aa 134-281). If it helps, the capture antibody is monoclonal and the detection antibody is polyclonal. We do not have a kit against HA although we have many antibodies that are anti-HA.
