  • Product overview

    Human Flt3 Ligand ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Human Flt3 Ligand in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.

    This assay employs an antibody specific for Human Flt3 Ligand coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and Flt3 Ligand present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-Human Flt3 Ligand antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of Flt3 Ligand bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.

Question
Answer

Thank you very much for your phone call this morning.

As discussed I will be followingthis case further. Could you please provide the following details;

- Types of sample used. If supernatant, what type of cells were incubated
- Dilutions used for test samples
- the step altered in protocol, if any
- For how long primary and secondary antibodies were incubated?
- Were the assay diluents at room temperature when used?
- the purchase order number
- raw data

Please forward these details to me asap. I will be happy to look into the details and will try to solve the problem as soon as I can. Please also do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further question.
