The customer is asking which subunit of FSH is detected.

Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
The monoclonal antibody used for capture binds all the FSH molecule. The cross reactivity is 1% against the alfa chain (generic for several proteic hormones as LH, bHCG, TSH ) and 68% against the beta chain (specific for FSH). The monoclonal antibody for detection binds to the alfa subunit (generic) and cross-reactivity is 5% against the FSH beta chain.
