Customer reviews and Q&As

Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry for the delay to my answer, I have had to contact several sources of this antisera to obtain answers to your questions. In response to your questions regarding the ab IDs ab10498, ab12008, ab13582 and ab22959. Unfortunately I have not been able to obtain an answer from the source of ab10498 regarding any of your questions. However, ab12008 has been published in Functional expression of receptor activator of nuclear factor B in Hodgkin disease cell lines. Paolo Fiumara, Virginia Snell, Yang Li, Asok Mukhopadhyay, Mamoun Younes, Ann Marie Gillenwater, Fernando Cabanillas, Bharat B. Aggarwal, and Anas Younes. Blood, 98: 2784-2790 (2001). There are some nice published IHC-P images in figure 2. In this case RANK was highly expressed in H/RS cells of a lymph node involved with nodular sclerosis. ab13582 was used in Multiple myeloma disrupts the TRANCEy osteoprotegerin cytokine axis to trigger bone destruction and promote tumor progression Roger N. Pearse, Emilia M. Sordillo‡, Shmuel Yaccoby§, Brian R. Wong, Deng F. Liau, Neville Colman,Joseph Michaelii, Joshua Epstein, and Yongwon Choi. PNAS, 98(20), 11581–11586. For this they used formalin fixed sections. Multiple myeloma cells showed high expression. Again there are some nice images in the publication. ab22959 is a GATA3 peptide (2-14) (ab22959), and not an antibody. I hope this information helps. I apolagise that I cannot direct you to images on our datasheets. I will update the datasheets in due course. However, in the mean time please find the aforementioned publications in a follow up e-mail.
