I am not sure about your answer, does the ELISA kit exclusively bind to the p19 subunit, or it also binds to other subunits? And if so, which other subunits? P40 as well?
Do you also have information about availability of coating own plate with ELISA antibodies from Abcam?
Looking forward to an answer

Thank you for your email.
I apologise for confusion. This kit ab64708 has two mouse monoclonal antibodies in it, one is clone B-F43 and other is B-Z23. The clone B-Z23 is available for purchasing with abID 84471. The clone B-F43 is not yet available however we are in process of publishing it. I will confirm the catalogue number once it gets published.
You can buy both antibodies for developing your own ELISA.
The antibodies in this kit bind to p19 subunit, they do not bind to p40.
I hope this information will be helpful. Should you have any further question please do not hesitate to contact me.
