Inquiry: I am interested in working with the leptin ELISA kit for a human population. My question is: how well does the kit work for urine sample in adolescent humans? Is it necesary to concentrate the sample in order to measure the hormone? Thank you

Thank you for contacting us. We do not specifically have data on adolescents but can tell you that typically human urine does not have to be concentrated and can be diluted using the kit if necessary.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
