No DO YOU OBTAIN THE SAME RESULTS EVERY TIME? Yes WHAT STEPS HAVE YOU ALTERED? no. our customer followed the kit's protocol ADDITIONAL NOTES She could not see any results in sample and standard. There was no color change. (as you know the plate had to be changed as blue in sample and standard) she bought 3kit and used 2kis, the 2kit had sample problem.

I am very sorry to hear that your customer is having problems with this product. We have tested ab108878 batch: GR57178 and it has passed QC. Though you have kindly provided some details, it would be much appreciated if I could get some more information which would help me identify the source of the problem. - How did the customer prepare the std points and the samples? - How did she dilute biotin? - How did she dilute SP?
