I would like to ask you about product: Nestin peptid. Is it possible to use this peptid for in vitro studies as an immunogen for T-cells? Is it sterile? Thank you With regards

Thank you for contacting us.
The product ab19375 is a 18 amino acid long peptide that can be used to block the antibody ab92391. We have never used this peptide in functional studies e.g. in-vitro or in-vivo. I am sorry we are unable to confirm its use.
Theoretically, this peptide can't be used because this is not a full length protein. It is just a fragment which may not have the biological activity other than blocking.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
