We would need recombinant Sema 3c for making the standard curve. Do you think that Semaphorin 3c peptide (ab 39299) would be suitable to use in the sandwich ELISA to make the standard curve?

I think the problem with this peptide is that it will probably only be detected by the polyclonal. I cannot tell you if the monoclonal antibody can bind this peptide as the epitope wasn't mapped.
However, I have asked our protein expert if it is possible to get our hands on the full length proteinand will let you know if I know anything more.
