    IFN-induced antiviral protein that mediate cellular innate immunity to at least three major human pathogens, namely influenza A H1N1 virus, West Nile virus, and dengue virus by inhibiting the early step(s) of replication. Plays a key role in the antiproliferative action of IFN-gamma either by inhibiting the ERK activition or by arresting cell growth in G1 phase in a p53-dependent manner. Implicated in the control of cell growth. Component of a multimeric complex involved in the transduction of antiproliferative and homotypic adhesion signals.

    Developed using the ECL technique.

    Performed under reducing conditions.

    Predicted band size: 14 kDa

    Exposure time: 20 minutes

    This blot was produced using a 10% Bis-tris gel under the MES buffer system. The gel was run at 200V for 35 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 30V for 70 minutes. The membrane was then blocked for an hour using 5% Bovine Serum Albumin before being incubated with ab105465 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was detected using an anti-rabbit antibody conjugated to HRP, and visualised using ECL development solution.
