I've looked through some resources and the literature, and there are some reports of IFITM5 in fibroblasts-

In the Human Protein Atlas, IFITM5 staining in fibroblasts can be seen in the section called "Skin and soft tissues".
Have you confirmed that these fibroblasts are not expression the protein? I can set up the refund for you regardless, I just wanted to check on this. Based on the Protein Atlas, keratinocytes, adipocytes, or squamous epithelial cells may be good negative controls to try.
