Thank you very much for sending a replacement vial. Unfortunately, whoever received the delivery left the antibody at -20 degrees instead of 4degrees. It was left there for approximately one week before we found it. We were wondering if you would have any information on whether or not this may damage the antibody? Many thanks for your continued help.

Thank you for your reply. Regarding ab92685, our product datasheet is showing that the antibody should be stored at -20. We recommend aliquoting to reduce the number of freeze thaw cycles, but if you were to thaw and aliquot the antibody in 10ul aliquots, we do not expect that this would dramatically affect the quality of the antibody.
