Anti-ILF1 antibody - ChIP Grade (ab5298) at 0.3 µg/ml + Human thymus lysate in RIPA buffer at 35 µg

ab5298 at a 2
µg/ml concentration staining approximately 73 kDa ILF 1 in human heart lysate (30 µg total protein per lane) by Western blot (ECL). Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Immunofluorescence analysis of U2OS cells, staining ILF1 with ab5298. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and incubated with primary antibody at 1/100 dilution. A FITC-conjugated rabbit anti-goat IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
