Readout of chromatin marks by histone-binding modules

In association with the Nature Review of Molecular Cell Biology Journal, we have produced a magnficent new poster available to download

Contents:

  1. Readout of chromatin marks by histone-binding modules
  2. Some of our very best ChIP grade Chromatin antibodies
  3. Some of our best transcription factor antibodies
  4. Browse ChIP related products

1.  Readout of chromatin marks by histone-binding modules

Combinations of histones post-translational modifications and DNA methylation appear to to regulate the physical properties of the chromatin fibre. Recent studies have shown that these effector modules bind to histone tails in a modification-state-specific manner. Emerging hints that many putative effector modules coexist within the same protein complex suggest that multivivalent engagement of chromatin substrates may be a functionally important phenomenon.

You can download the Nature poster PDF or if you would like a hard copy, please email us.

Alternatively, come and see us at one of the Abcam Chromatin meetings and pick up a poster in person.

Our catalog includes all the very best and most up to date histone and transcription factor antibodies.  We constantly add more ChIP grade and batch tested antibodies, enabling the research community to deconstruct nuclear signaling pathways.
