Cytokines are synthesised by many cell populations and play a vital role in immune cell signaling. Not only are they important in mediating cell-cell communication, but they also regulate many of the immune responses of innate and adaptive immunity. Cytokines act at picomolar concentrations and control the nature and magnitude of immune responses by determining immune response initiation, perpetuation and successive down-regulation. We have a full list of active cytokine proteins with low endotoxin levels and minimal batch to batch variation. These include colony stimulating factors (CSFs), chemokines and growth factors. Our extensive range covers the research areas of neuroscience, dendritic cell research, cancer, stem cell research and many more.
