Thanks for the information!
It is not easy to get rat breast cancer tissue for most of Lab. I am wondering besides it, is there any other rat tissue can be used to validate the antibody ab106134? Also, this antibody had been tested on mouse tissue, what is the mouse tissue should be used?

Thank you for your reply.
The information the lab sent me is all we have available. There is also a reference listed on the datasheet where human and rat tissue was used:
Hill M et al. Heme oxygenase-1 inhibits rat and human breast cancer cell proliferation: mutual cross inhibition with indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase. FASEB J 19:1957-68 (2005). Human, Rat. PubMed: 16319139
I will check again regarding mouse testing.
Also, I checkedthe human protein Atlas entry for IDO1 (http://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000131203) where you will find more information about normal and cancer tissues as well as cell lines that express the protein and to which extend. For instance human lymphnodes express the protein strongly (http://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000131203/normal). Human ovarian and cervical cancer tissue expresses the protein as well (http://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000131203/cancer).
We have a collection of tissue slides that you can use as positive control slides - mainly human (https://www.abcam.com/index.html?c=2300), some for mouse (https://www.abcam.com/index.html?c=2301) and also a few for rat.
We do carry human lymph node slides (ab4350, https://www.abcam.com/Lymph-node-human-normal-tissue-slides-ab4350.html).
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
