I'm looking for a function blocking antibody for integrin alpha 5 to use in human cells. There is quite a lot of choice on your website so I was hoping you would be able to give me some advice as to which antibody to go for?

I would recommend Anti-Integrin alpha 5 antibody [P1D6] (ab78614) which is the only anti-integrin alpha 5 antibody we list in our catalogue whose inhibitory activity has been previously tested. It is therefore suitable for use in attachment inhibition assays using fibroblasts, endothelial cells, platelets and T and B lymphocytes on fibronectin.
