Hello, I am currently using the Ab15459 antibody against integrin b5. I would now need to use an antibody for immunofluorescence applications in unpermeabilized cells. Could you please indicate me whether you sell any primary antibody against the extracellular domain of integrin b5, or whether you have any other tools for labeling integrin b5 in vivo?

Unfortunately, this antibody is not against the extracellular domain and so will not be suitable for your application.
We have not tested any of our antibodies in vivo and therefore cannot guarantee that any of these will work on live unpermeabilised cells.
In addition, I have read through the literature and have been unable to identify other tools which are used for labelling integrin b5 in vivo.
