I am interested in buying the ab45172 for FACS. I saw an example of a this in your product datasheet, but was wondering how you did this. Is the antibody uconjugated to a fluorochrome? If not, can a indirect staining also be performed for a intracellular staining? and which secondary antibody do you recommend? Also, do you sell a isotype control for this antibody?

Thank you for your enquiry. A general protocol for intracellular staining with this antibody can be found at the following link: https://www.abcam.com/ps/pdf/protocols/flow_intracellular_staining.pdf A second protocol describes indirect staining which can be adapted to intracellular staining: https://www.abcam.com/ps/pdf/protocols/indirect_flow(facs)_protocol.pdf For a secondary antibody, scroll to the bottom of the online datasheet for ab45172 where you will find a list of compatible secondary antibodies. For an isotype control, use normal rabbit IgG, for instance ab37415. The concentration of ab45172 is 0.15 mg/ml.
