I am also interested in cross linking the antibody to protein G magnetic beads. Is there a specific amount of antibody that can be cross-linked per volume of beads?

Thank you for contacting us.
I would recommend you consult the manufacturer of the beads which you intent to use. The binding capacity will be determined by the manufacturer of the beads. For example Millipore'sPureProteome Protein A and Protein G Magnetic Beadshave a binding capacity of2.5–3.5 µg of Rabbit IgG per µL of suspension. While NEB'sProtein G Magnetic Beads have a binding capacity of 400µg/µl of Human IgG.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
